It was quite an experience.Dinner on the beach with sand sifting through our toes, candles flickering in glass domes, the waves lapping right upto our table and music and chatter drifting off this fantastic Grill restaurant a little further up from us as we watched the stars and the cargo ships lit up like christmas trees on the horizon.

We were all humbled to be there and in awe of all the great chefs, culinary personalities, writers and editors surrounding us in the audience. Guests ranged from TV personalities like Emeril, Mario, Martha, and Tom, to world-renowned chefs like Thomas Keller, David Chang, Dan Barber, Jacques Pepin and Eric Ripert.But you can see how each member discusses their likes and dislikes for a given sauce. Nice way to round out the reviews, guys. Just try watching Justin and not want to run to your ‘fridge to spoon a glob of an extract sauce into your mouth!
